Thrifty’s Smile Card Program provides a significant monthly 5% payment to GRR for our use of their Debit Cards. The Debit Cards are available from Membership Director, you fill with cash at store, ie $100 paying  by Credit Card or by Debit Card or cash. The Thrifty’s cards do not expire.
